Rincón de Milberg (225 x 305 mm, 8 pages). Institutional brochure for a real estate development located in a suburban area called Tigre, conformed by five different areas with lagoons and different amenities: Los Ceibos, Los Alamos, Las Palmas, El Jacarandá and Los Ombúes. This area has become a major landmarks in their respective markets and propelled the firm’s growth over the past decade. This is a gated community with 148 acres divided into 800 plots. It was sold out in record-setting times after its launch.

Design brochures and newspaper advertising for the launching of the development. We counted with very few real images of the final architecture and general design since it was under construction.

Design all the communications with pictures of small details, drawings, 3D renders, to express the look and feel of the future real estate development.
